WHAT WILL I LEARN AT THE SUMMIT?
University of Utah students engage in learning and empowerment through intentional conversations to inspire and equitable present and future for all gender identities.
The Women’s Leadership Summit uses Narrative Theory and Authentic Leadership Theory to inform workshops, readings, wellness activities, and a keynote address for this day-long conference-style program. Participants can expect to learn the following:
- Participants will be able to identify ways in which narratives work as strategies for navigating experience
- Participants will be able to identify at least one characteristic of authentic leadership
- Participants will be able to identify a personal experience that, through narrative, demonstrates their own authentic leadership
